I chose this apartment for attending a colloquium because it provided guest accommodations with irons/ironing boards. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the iron came in handy for ensuring my work attire was wrinkle-free.
One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and strong WiFi signal throughout the apartment. It was a bit frustrating trying to connect my laptop and stay connected for important reporting tasks.

The apartment had 3 spacious bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends like us. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, and oven, making it convenient for cooking meals. We loved the flat-screen TV in the living room, which had satellite channels for our entertainment. The free Wi-Fi provided was a big plus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower in the bathroom. But that's just my preference, others might not mind.

It may seem like a small detail, but it made my stay much more convenient and comfortable. The towels were of high quality and provided in abundance, ensuring that I always had fresh ones available. This attention to detail demonstrated the commitment of the hotel to provide a pleasant experience for their guests.
It is the first time that I have been asked for a significant security deposit for a rented flat, rather than a hold on the amount on a credit card.
